As a part of our unique Company Culture, all employees at JEM Technology Group have the same title, specifically Integration Partner. Our philosophy for adopting the same title for all employees is to provide a simple reminder of what it is we are all to do-- Integrate our client’s systems and Partner with those clients throughout the process to ensure their success.

Although each of our titles is the same, each employee will be assigned different roles and responsibilities when joining our firm based on previous experience. Roles vary from Programmer all the way up to Director and responsibilities grow with each level.

Employees are empowered to advance within the firm and are highly incented to achieve success. With advancement comes more challenging responsibilities and with that the rewards of personal and professional growth.
